We Practice 7 steps recruitment process
Our Recruiters are practicing 7- step recruitment model, to
full-fill our client's requirement. Our recruitment doesn't revolve about Ctrl+
F7, as Mostly recruiter in the market do. The recruiter available in the market
just pick the keywords from the job description and check for the same in
resume, with-out actually understanding the actual need and function of that
particular technology, but we deeply understand the requirement first keeping
ourselves in client's shoes. We understand the role and about particular
