Our Recruiters are practicing 7- step recruitment model, to full-fill our client's requirement. Our recruitment doesn't revolve about Ctrl+ F7, as Mostly recruiter in the market do. The recruiter available in the market just pick the keywords from the job description and check for the same in resume, with-out actually understanding the actual need and function of that particular technology, but we deeply understand the requirement first keeping ourselves in client's shoes.
